What’s our secret? We prepare delicious, juicy Memphis Style BBQ daily using only the best ingredients. We start by slow smoking our meats from 4-14 hours over apple or cherry wood and finish them off with a selection of three delicious sauces and your choice of sides all prepared fresh in house. Choose from one of three superb sauces:
PAPPY'S ORIGINAL- the classic, tangy with a kick
SWEET BABY JANE - in honor of Mike’s granddaughter and as sweet as Jane herself
HOLLY'S HOT SAUCE -Texas style hot sauce, muy caliente
Enjoy ‘em at Pappy’s and take ‘em home for yourself-all sauces are available for purchase.

Stomach on empty? Try the lunch special! A pulled pork or pulled chicken sandwich with your choice of side and soft drink or tea all for just 5.99! Available M-F from 11am-2pm.
SLU and Harris-Stowe students/faculty show your ID on Saturday and Sunday to get the weekday lunch special prices on the weekend.
Pappy's is open M-F from 11-7 or 8 (we sell out around then)
and week-ends 11-around 4 (we sell out fast on week-ends)
if you're coming later in the day it's a good idea to call ahead.
